Zymire Hughes, 22, was arrested in Las Vegas around 8 p.m. and is held in Clark County Detention Center pending extradition to Philadelphia. Reports state he chased and threatened at least six people near City Hall on August 12 over a 15-minute period beginning at 5:18 a.m., including asking one woman if she was ready to die after being denied service at a Dunkin' while masked.
