Vice President Vance and U.S. envoys arrived in Switzerland on Saturday for talks with an Iranian delegation expected to begin Sunday at the Burgenstock resort. The meetings mark the first direct U.S.-Iran discussions since April and are intended to structure 60 days of negotiations on nuclear issues and a Lebanon ceasefire. Mediators from Pakistan and Qatar plus the IAEA director are participating.
