Ten countries including Ukraine, the UK, Germany, France, Denmark, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden and Spain issued a joint statement on Monday to develop shared ballistic missile defense capabilities. The announcement followed meetings in Paris with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The UK also joined the EU’s €90 billion Ukraine support package despite having left the EU in 2020.
