Fox Corp agreed to acquire Roku in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at approximately $22 billion, or $160 per share. The deal, announced June 15, would combine Roku's platform serving more than 100 million households with Fox's assets to create the third-largest U.S. television entity by viewing share. Fox shareholders would own about 73 percent of the combined company, with Roku shareholders owning 27 percent.
